MQM presents Sindh's shadow budget

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Saturday has presented a shadow budget of Rs 7.65 trillion outlay to Sindh government for next year, Dunya News reported.
While doing press conference in Sindh Assembly, MQM’s parliamentary leader Syed Sardar Ahmad submitted the sheet of budget and demanded to transfer the resources of provincial government to the districts.
He stated that the provinces should possess the right of sales tax collection and urged the authorities to make local administration independent.
Syed Sardar further urged the government to give the hold of 57.60 percent funds to the district governments and stressed land reforms in the Sindh.
