Similar to "hello", we find ourselves confronted with a level with a name so ridiculously random for a name that it appears to be spam. If I wasn't the one creating these videos and providing evidence, I would have a lot of trouble believing that such level names could even exist. A level name that is that of a website?
Looking at the readme, it seems that the level name comes from the old website that the level designer used. The level is given the much more sane alternative name of Scohop's World in the readme. I guess once again this was an assumption that the name was different from the "message" value.
This level is pretty simplistic and pretty terrible, it almost appears that little to no effort was put into the actual design. Most of the map is made out of a single texture, with some platforms cut out of a square room and a sky based ceiling. Overall, the level does not disguise the fact that it is basically a square based arena room.
The problem with the room is that there is little more than the four Weapons, one put in each corner. Due to the size of the room, it is immediately obvious that the Rocket Launcher would dominate. Each platform can only be accessed by a Teleporter platform in the middle of the room. The best way to determine where the Teleporter will take you is by looking across the central pillar of Water towards the opposite side of the room.
The pillar of Water is probably one of the most noticeable things in this room. It has been placed in the middle of the map, almost like a key feature of great importance. A Super Nailgun was supposed to be at the top, but has fallen through the world. With no Weapon at the top of the Water pillar, it is absolutely pointless.
This level revolves around using Teleporters to get to platforms, then getting a Weapon and fighting in a square arena. I guess it could be entertaining if you like Arena based maps, but even then this map seems to be a pretty weak example compared to most of them. Similar to many others we have seen, this appears to be someone's first level that serves just to saturate the Quake level market. Yet another level that you might throw on your server once, only to regret when you get hundreds of complaints for the terrible choices you made.
