A refinery in Yemen located in the city of Aden was in flames after several mortar shells hit three of the facility’s storage tanks, which contained oil and other fuel products. According to local officials and witnesses, the attack was carried out by Houthi forces that have been fighting local militias in the south of the country for three months.
