Ukraine's cash strapped army is to receive some three hundred million dollars in military assistance from America following the approval of Congress. While the money is still to appear, American soldiers are on the ground training Kiev's troops, but as Murad Gazdiev reports, frustration is already mounting with the Ukrainian army's capabilities.
