Let us introduce you to Buddy.
He’s a Chihuahua who recently went blind after developing cataracts. :^(
Buddy’s impaired vision meant he couldn’t walk around the house without bumping into things.
But, thanks to his inventive owner, he can now get around without hurting himself.
Buddy’s human (Reddit user _Blur) has attached a harness to a collar which hits any surface before the dog can faceplant it.
The contraption is nicknamed the Buddy Bumper.
His owner said: ‘He knows the layout of the house pretty well already and stuff has been around since he could see.
‘He keeps to going pretty slowly but he is at least confident enough to walk around now.’
Yay, Buddy got his groove back.
