Victoria a very thorough with her preparation! From the initial consultation, she designed a plan for me that is getting results. I have lost inches and body fat! Those were the goals.
The workouts are tough and challenging but that is what I needed! Victoria is also extremely safe. She never put my body in a position to get injured. She also taught me how continue the success on my own. I am glad she took me on as a client.
