Looks like this tree topping job didn't exactly goes as planned! Fortunately, no injuries were suffered and no major damage was done (although the 10-12 foot tree top barely missed a machine shop and landed on a trailer full of heavy wooden beams). Let this be a lesson learned for that tree cutter!
