This weekend Haitians go to the polls to elect a new Parliament. TeleSUR has been traveling throughout the country and our correspondent reports from a fishing community that is struggling to stay alive. They don’t have even the most basic equipment to pursue their work, not even motors on their boats, and get absolutely no support from the government.
