Police officer offers speeders a golden opportunity to get out of their speeding ticket. He hides the ticket behind his back and if the driver picks the hand with the ticket, they have to pay it; but, if they pick the other hand, they can just drive off scot-free. A naughty little kid sneaks up behind the cop and points out to prank victims which hand to pick - except, it turns out the bratty boy is actually working for the cops, and picks the wrong hand on purpose!
