4 people including 2 women and 2 policemen were injured in an accident in Delhi's Chanakyapuri area on Monday night (August 17). Eyewitness claim the driver of the car were foreigners and were in an inebriated state. Suspects were taken to RML hospital for tests and were later to Chanakyapuri police station.
