A British photographer has gained access to a prison in El Salvador even the guards refuse to enter. Adam Hinton went inside to meet members of one of the world's most dangerous gangs held there. The inmates, including drug dealers and murderers, are covered in tattoos that tell of the crimes they've committed . The gang members have been allowed to run the prison on their own, with the guards only patrolling outside.
