Standing Triceps With Curved Barbell

Place a curved rod with a certain weight in it . Lift the rod with a close grip given on the rod . Take the rod over your head , Bent your elbows and slowly lower the barbell at the most stretching position of triceps,then slowly lift the barbell up over the head stretching the triceps . Repeat this moments to gain more reps
