A cool video has emerged from China of a man making tiny edible sculptures from sugar using an ancient blowing technique.
In the video, which was captured in Gansu province earlier this month, the man blows into a ball of soft, melted sugar. He then pinches, pulls and twists the sugar and impressive animal sculptures emerge.
When the sculpture is finished he inserts a wooden stick so that the beautiful sweet treat can be safely held and eaten by paying customers.
