This small "diesel" (OK, battery) powered locomotive was an impulse purchase on eBay. It's a kit from I P Engineering (see http://www.ipengineering.co.uk) but I can't claim the credit for building it. The front wheels (under the bonnet) are the driving wheels, and it lacks adhesion unless it's run with some sort of load coupled to that end. I reckon I might be able to make this radio controlled by gutting an old radio controlled car...?
