Chairman of the Russian Council Federation Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev expressed his deepest condolences to the people of France, following the attacks in Paris which left at least 127 dead and 200 injured. Kosachev was speaking outside the French embassy in Moscow where a vigil was being held for the victims of the Paris attacks.
