Ne ditën e trete te regjistrimit te popullsisë, 200 shqiptare kane refuzuar t`i përgjigjen deklarimit te etnisë dhe fesë, përkatësisht pyetjes 39 dhe 40 te pyetësorit personal.
Te paktën kjo është shifra qe ka arritur te siguroje ne terren, Aleanca Kuq e Zi, pasi INSTAT, nuk ka bere transparente te dhëna te këtij lloji. Pas skandalit me regjistrimin e vllehve ne Korçe, shoqata e tyre i ka bere thirrje këtij minoriteti, te mos bjere pre e ofertave nga shtetet fqinje. Vllahet e lagjes 1 ne Korçe e cila është e përberë ne shumicën dërrmuese nga arumunet, kane paralajmëruar se do te bojkotojnë procesin ne rast se nuk u jepet një fotokopje e deklarimit te kombësisë. Sipas tyre kjo është një kërkesë qe u është bere nga konsullata greke ne Korçe. Sipas Aleancës Kuq e Zi, ky është rasti i pare, ku duket qarte se procesi rrezikon te deformohet për shkak te pretendimeve te minoriteteve te ndryshme ne vend. Përveç kësaj, prej disa vitesh ne Shqipëri është miratuar ligji për mbrojtjen e te dhënave personale, qe ndalon edhe nxjerrjen e informacioneve te pyetësorit te censusit.
