Politologë dhe analiste vlerësojnë se apeli i një dite me pare i ambasadorit Arvizu, i cili tha se Shqipëria ndodhet ne udhëkryq për shkak te situatës konfliktuale politike, u drejtohet liderëve te klasës politike, te cilët vazhdojnë traditën e përplasjeve, duke mbajtur peng zhvillimin e vendit.
