Prishja e ndërtimeve pa leje ne hyrje te Shkodrës ka nxjerre ne drite një ure qe i përket shekullit te 15. Objekti i njohur nga shkodranet si Ura Kërcile, ishte mbuluar nga ndërtimet gjate shekullit te fundit.
Pas zbulimit te saj, arkeologet kane kërkuar devijim te unazës me qellim, qe te ruhet objekti me vlera historike dhe arkeologjike. Edhe pse Ura Kercile nuk figuron ende ne listën e monumenteve te kulturës, drejtues te zyrës se urbanistikes, thonë se do te ketë ndryshim te projektit te rrugës për ta ruajtur atë. Ura Kërcile shërbente për te lidhur disa lagje te vjetra te Shkodrës me rrugët kryesore te qytetit. Për ndërtimin e saj janë përdorur gurë te latuar te ngjashëm me ato te Kalasë se Rozafës ndërsa traseja është bere me pllaka guri.
