Ngjarja e rende ndodhi ne orën 08:00 pranë ambasadës amerikane ne banesën me qira ku 43-vjecari Anuar Rizik jetonte se bashku me familjen. Policia bën te ditur se shpërthimi ka ardhur si pasoje e një granate që 43 vjecarit ia kishin vendosur në derën e banesës.
