Mbledhja e pare e Këshillit te Legjislacionit qe synon te ndryshoje Kushtetutën për çështjen e imunitetit, dëshmoi se palët janë ende larg ne qëndrime dhe me tepër sulmuan njëra-tjetrën, sesa u morën me thelbin e propozimeve. Ne parlament u dorëzuan 3 nisma ligjore, nga PD, LSI dhe PS, për kufizimin e imunitetit parlamentar dhe atij qe kane njerëzit e drejtësisë. Por opozita e shoqëroi draftin me disa amendime te tjera për Kushtetutën, duke kërkuar garanci për mos ndjekje selektive nga drejtësia. Për shumicën, kërkesat e PS nuk lidhen me çështjen ne diskutim, por ishin kushte bllokuese. Këshilli i Legjislacionit do te mblidhet serish te shtunën për te dëgjuar grupet e interesit për çështjen e imunitetit. Te majtët caktuan Pandeli Majkon relator. Kryetarja e Kuvendit lajmëroi se propozimet e tjera te socialisteve do te shqyrtohen ne një kohe tjetër nga parlamenti. "Vizion Plus" ka siguruar 3 draftet e palëve. Veç atij te LSI, i cili nuk u fut ne rrugën parlamentare për shkak te mungesës se firmave, demokratet i qëndruan variantit te ofruar nga misionet PACA dhe EURALIUS. Ne thelb edhe drafti i PS, nuk ndryshon shume nga ai i PD, por shton garancitë mbrojtëse te deputeteve dhe gjyqtareve nga padite civile, për deklaratat apo vendimet qe lidhen me detyrën e tyre. PS propozon qe ministrat apo deputetet te gjykohen ne shkallen e pare dhe jo si aktualisht, vetëm ne Gjykatën e Larte. Por amendimet qe duken me te vështira për tu pranuar nga mazhoranca, lidhen me votimin e Prokurorit te Përgjithshëm dhe gjyqtareve te Kushtetueses dhe Gjykatës se Larte, me shumice te cilësuar.
