Revolucion ne Federatën Shqiptare te Futbollit e cila përgatitet për ndryshime drastike qe nga sekretari i përgjithshëm deri ne sektorin e garave. Burime te mirinformuara i thane Vizion Plus, se sekretari i federatës Eduard Prodani përgatitet te lere detyrën. Prodani me profesion Inxhinier Ndërtimi ishte emëruar ne këtë post ne prill te 2009-ës, duke zëvendësuar Arben Bicin, i cili ishte larguar për arsye personale. Ne postin e Prodanit, emri potencial me i mundshëm, eshte Ilir Shulku aktualisht shef i sektorit te garave. 41-vjeçari shulku është një emër i njohur i futbollit shqiptar, ish futbollist i partizanit dhe i kombëtares shqiptare. Ndërkohe ne vend te tij pritet te emërohet Besnik Cela, aktualisht zëvendës sekretar. Sipas zërave ne FSHF, presidenti duka kërkon te ndryshoje disa sektorë, te cilet luajnë nje rol kryesor ne mbarëvajtjen e këtij institucioni. Por nga momenti i ardhjes se Armand Dukes, ne postin e presidentit te FSHF qe nga viti 2002 ne harkun kohor te 10 vjetëve ky institucion ka ndërruar plot 5 sekretare Sulejman Starova, Roland Mici, Arben Bici dhe tashme Eduard Prodani.
