Zoti Topi ka paralajmëruar qeverinë, se nëse tenton të preke zgjedhjet e qershorit, do te paguaje per koston e larte qe do te ketë vendi, ndërsa ka deklaruar gjithashtu se Sali Berisha ka uzurpuar gjithë shtetin.
