Minor Power Factor - doesn't matter at steel matches

My second time shooting steel targets did not go well...I struggled more on the plates this time than on the plate racks I encountered at my first steel match! There were moments when I did fine, but too many misses and I didn't know why, until after the match when I tested from benchrest & got some advice from Jim Taylor.
I now know I was unconsciously anticipating recoil (flinch, push the gun, jerk the trigger), grasping too firmly with my stronghand (my trigger hand), grasping too loosely with my weakhand (support hand), not keeping my support hand thumb pointing straight forward (lock wrist), so most of my shots were consistently low-left.
Thanks to all the folks that helped me out, let me try their trigger pulls, let me reshoot the arrays, gave me tips, etc.

OVERALL
168.12 seconds with penalty time (when you engaged out of order, all on accident btw)
Placed 8th of 9 in Limited, 18th of 19 overall finish, my worst so far of my 4 outings
Lessons: 1) train away from anticipating recoil, 2) consistently grip properly with support hand
