Series 36 | Episode 45 | Derbyshire ✦ It's the final night in Derbyshire, and lettings agent Patricia hopes to impress her guests with an authentic Italian feast reflecting her heritage. After tensions all week between feisty mum Lydia and cocky entrepreneur Frazer, Patricia is glad they've buried the hatchet, but footballer's wife Kat has been getting sharper tongued as the week has progressed and tonight she's not planning on taking any prisoners. When Kat decides to tell all the other guests they're boring, easy going Gareth is the first to take offense, and as Patricia struggles to keep control of the situation voices are raised in anger. Frazer thinks the fireworks at the table may have taken the focus off the 'mediocre' food and work to Patricia's advantage, but will the in-fighting take the gloss off Patricia's evening or will her Italian night be enough to clinch her the £1,000?
