Waterview Condominiums Phase II hosted its Grand Opening on Saturday August 8th 2015 that hosted over 500 guests. The highly subscribed event drew crowds from Niagara, Grimsby, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Oakville, and Toronto. A total of 130 luxury suites went on sales on August 8th and the developer, LJM Developments, hosted the guests with Live entertainment, and catering from Fraticellis Italian Bar and Grill.
Phase II Grand Opening marked a major milestone for LJM Developments and the Town of Grimsby by inaugurating the Town's first high-rise building by the Lake.
