A review of the iconic Cobra High-Speed Sentry tank: the HISS and its driver. The HISS tank was first available in 1983 and was re-released in 1984 by Hasbro. Starting in 1988, the HISS was available through mail-order (made by Hasbro's affiliate Estrella of Brazil) without the driver figure until 1993. The HISS Driver figure was also available through mail-order from 1987 to 1993 separately and within a set of figures. Oddly, the two were never offered as a pair, even when solicited together.
