I am trying to test video quality of .MP4 format by making a motivational video.

1. Same Motivation Second Time
2. This is second test by converting it in .mpg from .mp4 through video converter because .mpg format do not reduce the quality. For conversion, I spent just one or two minute and size of file has become of 20 MB and will upload just 15 to 10 minutes.
