New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 378.61 points down to stand at 23,410.18. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 125.00 points down to stand at 7,109.55. AIA Engineering Ltd and United Spirits Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 4.18% and 3.92% along with Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd and Reliance Communications Ltd with an increase of 3.32% and 3.05% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Mangalore refinery & petrochemicals Ltd and SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd with a decrease of 8.49% and 4.89% along with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Cox & Kings Limited with a decrease of 4.87% and 4.86% at the close of the markets.The Auto sector is down 238.19 points at 16468.01while the Banking sector is down 461.00 points at 15892.49 and the Realty sector is down 27.01 points at 1057.68.The Indian currency was down with 0.15% at Rs. 68.50 per dollar.
