Set with an oval scissor cut natural unenhanced aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 11.00 carats, bordered by a single row of twenty two round star top diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.10 carats, to an oval cluster with an intricately pierced raised gallery and open backholing, flanked by elegant tri-split shoulders and continuing through to a solid ridged flat shank.
