Alwar (Rajasthan), Feb 28 (ANI): A Madrassa teacher has been arrested for allegedly chaining two minor students in Rajasthan's Alwar district. The police was informed about the incident after 14-year-old Sahil and eight-year-old Musharaff managed to escape from the Madrassa and reached the Alwar (Junction) railway station. The kids lodged a complaint against the teacher and stated that they were chained in the Madrassa from the last few days. They have been handed over to a child welfare committee. Circle Officer Himanshu Sharma on Sunday said that the accused Maulana Ayub has been arrested.
