Jail inspector hit for ‘dragging’ to media BJMP in double funding issue

Jail Insp. Angelina Bautista says Department of Interior and Local Government Undersecretary Peter Corvera has scolded her for “dragging the institution” of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology to the media in the “double funding” issue.
