This is the mission that is unlocked after collecting all 50 letter scraps collectibles. You will need to complete this mission in order to unlock the achievement / trophy: 'A Mystery Solved.' Collecting the letter scraps also adds towards the 100% completion rate.
To get the gold medal for this mission, you'll have to complete the objective: 'Cut!', which requires you to kill Leonora Johnson's murderer, Dreyfuss.
