Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu says the European Union and his country have realised they have "the same destiny, the same challenges and the same future" after they agreed a deal to try and curb the flow of migrants to Europe at a Brussels summit. Meanwhile French President Francois Hollande insists that each asylum application will be treated individually, after critics said that mass expulsion could infringe EU law.
