Patna Mar 20 (ANI): Slamming Sushil Modi for deciding to return the 'gifts' given by the Bihar Education Ministry, the Janata Dal (United) on Sunday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP) leader was doing this solely to gain attention. JD (U) leader Ajay Alok said gifts are always distributed by each department's undertaking, adding it happens in the Lok Sabha as well after the budget comes.
