New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Taking a jibe at the Congress Party for its stand on the JNU row, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Monday said the grand old party is still recovering from depression and is brewing mistrust in the nation for political benefit. Naqvi added that there are no problems in the nation, "scared Congress Party is making desperate attempts to instill fear in the minds of people."
