Dehradun, Mar 27 (ANI): Talking about the notice that has been issued by the Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker G S Kunjwal, lawyer of Rebel Congress MLA’s Chetan Chauhan on Sunday said the procedural hearings on documents are going on right now. Elaborating further, he said partial documents have been submitted, despite giving showcause notice to submit full documents. He added that according to SC judgment and rules, seven days time is given to analyse documents and then they have to respond accordingly.
