New Delhi, Mar 27 (ANI): Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and rebel Congress legislator Vijay Bahuguna on Sunday welcomed the imposition of President's rule in the state and said the Harish Rawat had made a mockery of the constitution in the state. Bahuguna added that despite 37 MLAs withdrawing their support from the Congress government, Rawat was not willing to give his resignation.
