I have learned and experienced something so powerful by doing Beach Walks. It isn't about the big obligation to entertain or put on a big extravaganza, to only show my better side. It is instead about just showing up, being real. I am blown away by how many ways there are to apply that in everyday life, when my monkey mind thinks otherwise. It really all boils down to the energy.
