Panaji, Apr 16 (ANI): In a bizarre response, Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar on Saturday compared the ban on the use of fire crackers in Kollam, Kerala to that of a pen. He said that if a child uses a pen to injure the eye of a friend, then banning the pen is not a solution. He said that banning the use of fire crackers will not help.
