Zirakpur, Mohali, Apr 16 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said the issue of farmers must be brought into focus and their dues must be paid immediately. He also spoke about the drug problem in Punjab and said that it would be taken care of after his party came to power in the state as he visited Zirakpur town today. Countering the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) party’s allegations of him bringing a bad name to Punjab, the Congress vice president said Punjab’s name could not be tarnished. Rahul Gandhi even went on to say that Punjab had a special place in his heart and he wanted to help Punjab in every possible way.
