spicy lasagna roll-ups

CHILLI SPICY LASAGNA ROLL-Ups

INGREDIENTS:

onion one medium sized
garlic 10 to 12 cloves
minced beef 600grams
tomato puree 4 cups
green chilli (chopped) 3 to 4 medium size chillies
salt according to your taste
red chilli 1 1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice one teaspoon
beciamel sauce as needed
grated mozzarella 1 1/2 cup
tomato paste 1 cup
oil 5 to 6 tablespoon
lasagna sheets 12
to soak lasagna sheets you need
(1 1/2 liter boiling water + 4 tablespoon salt )


Bechamel sauce ingredients:

unsalted butter 3 tablespoon
all purpose flour 1/4 cup
whole milk 4 cups
salt 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper a pinch

DIRECTIONS FOR BECIAMEL SAUCE:

in asauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
add flour and cook stirring frequently until mixture is goldenand has a slightly nutty aroma.
whisking constantly add milk and whisk untill smooth.
now add salt and pepper and reduce heat to low.keep stirring constantly until sauce thickens.

FOR LASAGNA ROLL-UPS :

1. follow the video recipe to prepare mince
(use 2cups tomato puree in it)
2. prepare beciamel sauce
3. soak lasagna sheet in salted boiling water for just two minutes.
4.take a bakeng tray and spread rest of 2cups tomato puree in it.
add 2 to 3 tablespoon oil in it.
this oil and tomato puree layer will protect lasagna rolls from
sticking to the pan.
5.follow the video recipe to make and arrange lasagna rolls
6. spread tomato paste and grated mozzarella on it.
7.bake it in pre heated oven at 180° for 15 to 20 minutes.
