MEATBALL SKEWERS
ingredients:
FOR MAKING DOUGH YOU NEED:
egg one
melted butter 50g
vanilla essence one teaspoon
(vanilla essence is optional ...you can skip ,if you don't like it)
salt 2 teaspoon
milk half a cup
yeast one packet
Take a little water in a dish or a cup ( water should be Luke warm) and sprinkle yeast on it and let it set for 5 minutes and then add sugar and mix it before adding it into dough.
sugar one teaspoon
all purpose flour 2 cups
FOR MEATBALLS YOU NEED:
minced beef 600 g
chopped garlic 1 1/2 tablespoon
grated parmesan 1 1/2 tablespoon
oregano 1 tablespoon
dried basil 1 tablespoon
salt according to taste
red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
plus
one egg to brush it on and almost half a cup grated mozzarella ...just to sprinkle on meatball skewers.
NOTE: You can make meatballs with your own recipe as well...but this recipe is good for baking meatballs in oven.
