If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, I strongly feel there are three key societal members who can make a difference. They are the father, the mother and the teacher.

In return to a certain amount of money, the docent in the Faculty of Public Health passes the unprepared student who later on was employed in the emergency services. Ironically , the docent' s daughter was crashed by a drunk driver and takes the first aid from an unqualified nurse that maybe has got the place of another nurse who really deserves that position.
