Bihar Board | Saurabh Sreshtha & Ruby Ray - Toppers or Frauds???

What do you think they are toppers or Frauds??? If they are Genuine why are they refusing to give a Re Examination??? Why do they dont even know of what is there in their Syllabus...Leaves us with all questions. Do you have an Answer
