Lance Bell has been doing political broadcast since 2008. Now that I have noticed that since the beginning, there is one thing that people look for: The truth without any bias. This is where I come in. I provide this weekly for all of my viewers.
I have always said "As a journalist, we have a professional and moral obligation to report the truth." In today's media landscape, you do not have that at all. Take your pick, it seems like everyone has a bias.
It should never be that way.
As someone that has developed a following, I understand that accurate reporting is imperial in what you do. I strive to bring you the most accurate political discussion possible.
Now within the last few months everyone is telling me the same thing. Upgrade your equipment. As you can hear in the video, I am using older equipment. How old is it?
Here are some specs:
-Apple Imac G4 PPC
-Final cut express 4.0
-Hp HD Web camera
As you can see in the video, the quality is good, but sound is bad due to the age of the CPU (That is the Hard Drive that you hear). I know that a change must be made and here is why. People demand that you have a studio setup. I understand this, but I don't have millions of dollars to do that. Therefore I want to give you the highest quality Webseries possible. People are demanding HD Broadcast, and I cannot deliver in my current setup.
This is where you come in.
You, my viewers are the reason that I keep going. Without you, I would not do the show.
