Chinese Sesame Ribs - Xiao's Kitchen

Recipe for: Chinese Sesame Ribs

Ingredients:
200g Ribs
2 Spring Onions
5g Ginger
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
5g Sugar
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Cooking Wine
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Salt to Taste

Method:
1. Finely chop the spring onions, ginger and garlic.
2. Add the ribs into a pan of boiling water and boil for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the ribs and drain.
4. Then place the ribs into a pan of hot oil.
5. Fry for 3 – 5 minutes until golden then remove and drain.
6. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan. Add spring onion, ginger and garlic. Fry for few seconds.
7. Add water, salt, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine and soy sauce.
8. Add the ribs and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
9. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the ribs and stir.
10. Transfer onto a dish and serve.
