Raipur, July 15 (ANI): Addressing the media, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Friday said the state has excelled in the field of development as compared to other states across the country. Asserting that his government’s focus has always been development, Singh said that 21.4 percent of the budget was invested in carrying out developmental works within the state. Earlier today, Singh announced Rs. 10 lakh for every participant selected for the Rio Olympics from the state.
