Long before the Internet, cable access TV was a place for people in the community to attempt to raise their voice, a voice that corporate-controlled media had long since silenced.
Jennings "JC Super Roadie" Campbell who helps an indie/alternative rock band, Haunted Gypsy, transport their equipment to and from gigs, hosted a cable access show for several years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
