Mission Objectives:
• Go to Castle Garden City to meet with Luca and his buddies to collect the diamonds.
• After being double cross by Luca, chase him and his buddy down in a vehicle.
• After they have crashed their car, kill Luca, Tunafish and Johnny Spaz before retrieving the diamonds.
• Go to the bridge at Middle Park to give the diamonds to Ray.
