Hong Kong food safety under fire after pork scandal

Food safety regulations in Hong Kong are under scrutiny after the sale of contaminated pork from China. As a result, the Hong Kong government was forced to destroy tons of pork and conceded its inspection teams failed to stick to safety protocols.
